Treadmill Workout:
- Warm-up / Steep Hill Climb / 2. 5 mi
- Easy run / 8 mi / 10:22
- I ran faster than my prescribed plan pace (10:52). I found a pace that was comfortable and relaxed. I had planned to just complete 8 miles, but my left knee has been bothering me. It seems to require a fair amount of warm-up before I can run. It's odd because it doesn't hurt any other time.
