  • My easy pace is supposed to be 10:52. What I ran this morning felt easy and breezy! Even though I know that I am running significantly slower than two years ago, i am encouraged with my progress. It's slow, but steady.

  • I was supposed to run 10 miles. I got a late start to my run. It was already 80 degrees by the time I left the house. It was just too hot to finish all of my mileage. I was really languishing toward the end.
