Pace: 9:17. I am happy with my time. I overdressed so I felt weighted down.
Observation: I always start out slow. This is most likely a mental habit more than a physical necessity. By mile 3, I am typically lost in my thoughts and usually forget to pick up my pace.
Take Away:
- Figure out how to dress for the cold weather.
- Be more cognizant of my mileage and pace.
