Overall Workout:Recovery run which turned into junk miles
Let's just say that I was not in the mood for this run which was really too bad because the temperature was a balmy 50°. The past two days have reminded me of Christmas pasts in Del Mar, California.
I am always grateful for the fact that tomorrow is a new day. Perhaps my mind will desire a faster, longer run!
I love this balmy weather pattern that is holding steady over Indiana! When I left the house this morning, it was 54°! It really is the season for miracles!
