Treadmill Workout:
- Long run / 13.44 mi / 10:02
- I unintentionally took the past week off. I just couldn't muster the energy to workout. I'm not sure why, but each night when I went to bed I planned to run. When morning came I just did not have the yearning to do it, so I didn't.
- Perhaps my body needed the rest. I rarely give it rest so it was most likely needed.
- I joined the Fit On app. I've been looking for a FREE app that offered a variety of short workouts, 20 minutes or less. I like the iFIT app, but the workouts are so much longer. I am hoping to get back to overall fitness.
