- These splits are beyond awful, but this was the first run in weeks where my running legs felt fresh, my brething was not labored, and my mind was not negative. It felt like a step in the right direction!
- I did another cardio workout from my health club. I'll admit that I was sore from yesterday's workout. The workout that I did today was totally different and worked different muscles. I really enjoyed it!
- Online teaching is beyond odd. My families are doing a great job. I really miss the physical classroom and kids though! Creativity is the name of the game now!
