Workout: Yasso 800's (treadmill)
- 10 minute warm-up
- 9 x 800m with 400m jog / 4:16 / 9th Yasso - 4:00
- 10 minute cool-down
Thoughts:
- I am srill off with my timing. I need to run about 11 seconds faster to meet my marathon goal pace. It's hard to gage on the treadmill, but this Yasso was more successful than my last attempt.
