I had not run on the treadmill for quite some time. I grew fearful of not being able to run faster paces so I avoided these type of workouts. I'm glad that I pushed myself to go back to the health club. It was easier than I anticipated. Isn't that how things work? The aniticpation is the worse than the actuality.
Also, the Brooks Ghost 12 are working much better for my big toe. I've barely experienced pain since switching out shoes.
