- Started slower than steadily increased my speed
- Hard to push through after the 6 mile marker

- Race PR by 6 minutes
- Running hills and doing treadmill tempo runs seem to be helping my speed
- plan to run 5K's on the treadmill to gage my speed since I am terrible using my race watch
