Observations:
- Legs were very tired from yesterday's long run
- I tried to pace above 10 minutes for my easy day - the 9:40 range seems to be my current go to pace
- I need to work at being more cognizant of my pace so I really run an easy pace
- I wore my ski gloves so i would not have the same problem with my fingers yesterday - much improved
