This is one of the most beautiful courses I run each year. It is one of the most difficult courses I run too. The hills are many and steep. This is the first year that I did not injure myself, but it is also the slowest time that I have raced on the course. I sacrificed my speed today so that I could finish out my race year. I have 2 5K's, 1 8K, and one more half-marathon remaining to race.
