If I remember my Yasso's correctly, you must be aiming for a marathon in just over 4 hours, right? That would be an awesome PR after your previous one 3 years ago.

Good memory! My coach is looking at a 4:10:00 marathon. The marathon in March is to be a practice race to see how my foot handles the miles. Then, he'll adjust my training based upon my results.
